Welcome to Horóscopa! By accessing or purchasing from our Shopify store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both our business and your experience as a valued customer. Please read them carefully.

Horóscopa offers two distinct categories of items:

• Handmade Creations: Each piece is uniquely crafted with spiritual and artistic inspiration, limited to no more than three reproductions per design. Pricing reflects the labor, materials, and intention poured into these bespoke items.

• Curated Dropshipping Products: Carefully selected for their alignment with our mystical and artistic vision. These items are sourced from top-quality suppliers to ensure satisfaction.

• Our products are inspired by astrology, mystical art, and spiritual traditions, but they are sold as artistic and decorative items only.

• We do not provide spiritual advice, emotional counseling, therapy, coaching, or guarantees regarding the intended purpose or outcomes of any product.

• Items inspired by prayers, rituals, or spiritual practices are symbolic and not intended to produce specific emotional or spiritual effects.

• Handmade items are premium-priced due to their unique, limited-edition nature.

• Dropshipping items are more affordable but are rigorously curated for quality and alignment with our values.

• All payments must be made in full at checkout. Prices are listed in USD.

• Handmade Items: Non-returnable unless damaged or not as described. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. 

• Dropshipping Products: Returns accepted within 30 days for defective or incorrect items only. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Buyers cover return shipping unless the product is defective.

• Refunds are processed after confirmation and may take up to 14 business days.

• Free Shipping: Available on domestic orders over $50.

• Handmade Items: Shipped directly by us with tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery.

• Dropshipping Products: Fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Delivery times may vary based on destination and supplier processing.

• International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any additional import fees.

• All designs, handmade creations, and curated selections are the intellectual property of Horóscopa.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs or products for commercial purposes without written consent.

• Horóscopa is not responsible for any misuse or unintended outcomes from the use of our products.

• All items are sold “as-is,” with no express or implied warranties beyond what is stated in this policy.

• We disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, as well as applicable federal and international commerce laws.

• Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Horóscopa reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
