Handmade Items
- Made-to-Order: Many handmade creations are crafted specifically for you. Production takes 10–14 business days before shipping.
- Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
- Custom Pieces: Slight variations may occur, adding to their unique nature.
Dropshipping Products
- Processing Time: Dropshipping items are fulfilled within 14 business days.
- Delivery Time: Most items arrive sooner, but please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
- Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your item ships.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 (domestic).
- Flat Rate: Applies to orders under $50. International rates vary by destination.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for customs fees or taxes. Delivery may take 2–5 weeks due to customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Handmade Items: Fully insured. Report any issues within 48 hours with proof of damage or loss.
- Dropshipping Items: Resolutions for damage or loss are reviewed with the supplier.
